If you where close I'd take them off your hands. Now then one and the best way if they are where you can burn them just light them up. YEP I said light them. If you do that they will not explode. Takes a cap to make them go bang and burning them will not make them explode. Now if your worried about them call the cops but be ready for them to ask all sorts of dumb questions and also be in your business off and on for the next couple years
