Buy another set of blades, replace and sharpen old ones and store ready for replacement. Remove blades to sharpen once per year. Examine closely for cracks. If OK then sharpen them the same amount, to keep close to balance. Use new lock nuts when replacing. Do not weld, torch, or repair blades. You do not want to see what happens when a blade comes apart. Tom
