any one else already feeding early this year?

I have already started feeding my cows. Usually here in tenn, it's november till i have to start feeding..
A already shortage of hay for my area, not enough rain to make the hay grow for a second cutting, and now having to feed real early, is making some of our area cow raisers sell out.
Since i cut and sell 600-1000 rolls a year, including 60 rolls for myself, I'll have hay to feed all winter, but lots of people won't.
I was talking to a farmer 40 mile from where i am, and he says he has already feed some of the first cutting of hay. He will not have enough hay to get him to winter much less through winter..
Is every body having this problem this year???
