I was in my 2nd year of high school and it seems to me that our school allowed the FFA off from school for one day to attend. The plowman that represented the USA was from our county (Mercer) here in Ohio which is north of Dayton approx. 50 miles. As I recall the plowmen from Europe complained that the soil was way to dry from their viewpoint to do a good job of plowing. As many of you know their plows are a good bit different (long curved moldboards) then those here in the states and their soils are usually much wetter when they plow. I would also be intrested in a DVD.
