Stihl has a 4 cycle weed whacker ( FS 110 ) now. They were around a few years ago when I bought my FS 85 solid shaft. If you talk to a store that sells both they will tell you the high end stihl's have a solid shaft while the honda's still have a wire. I was told for lots of heavy abuse get the stihl due to the solid shaft. Honda makes a great product, it just depends what you wanna do with it. I would also check out Dolmar. They make some great chainsaws and I am sure there weed whackers are not far beinhd. Scott
