The I-H tractors built at Doncaster, England have an inspection plate under the clutch housing. Remove it and you can undo the bolts holding the clutch cover to the flywheel, disconnect the clutch operating rod, slide the clutch cover & release bearing back along the splines and then free off the plate with a screwdriver, unless you are unlucky and have a siezed spigot bearing you should not have to split the tractor.
