The 4' wide is going to be a serious problem. You are looking at garden tractor size not farm tractor. Second you are going to have a problem with someone that has put a lot of time and money into a tractor willing to put it in a place where the soccer moms are going to let their "angels" crawl all over it. Its different at tractor shows as most keep their children under control and will at least ask for permission. JMHO.
