I had that same problem in corn last year. I called the guy that I bought the seed from and got his machine. He showed up a few hours later with his books and a sheepish look on his face. He said "that wasn't Roundup Ready corn". He didn't deliver what I had ordered and payed for! Then he proceded to tell me that the policy on replant was they would only charge me half price! He finally came through with free seed, but it was only RR,not tripple stacked that I had payed a fortune for.it was 50% of my corn crop to boot. Needless to say I got my seed elswhere this year. Check with your seed dealer,I'd bet the farm you didn't get what you payed for.
