Allan, IMO, Ol Pard, I would not do this! Not on a Whiskey Bet! As others have said....@ 109K mileage this truck is just broke in. The 7.3s are basicly bullet Proof, We all know what they will and will do. How much chip Hp they will take. And something you may not have thought of....7.3s will run on just about anything, even used/burnt motor oil, filtered and cut with just a little DSL!!! a 6.4 will not, and Not be as forgiving as that 7.3. Unless yours is just nickel and dimeing you to death. I would go to 200K before I would trade. Also give Ford a little longer to get all the bugs out. This is just my thoughts and I an sure you have a good reason to trade. Just wish yours was a Long box and located in the TX panhandle. Show us pics of your new addition. Later, John A.
