On the 5000 injector if the output lines are on the rear coming out around a cylinder shaped part it has diesel in the drive portion. If they come out along the top they are supposed to have motor oil in them , and it needs changing when you change the oil.
I recently helped a friend put new seals on his. the shaft seal was ok but it leaked diesel everywhere else.
