61-66 Fords are amongst a favorite series of truck of mine, don't know too much about the merc's, but as was mentioned, they were made in Canada, and I believe were uni-body, no seperation of cab and box. The door tag says mercury, not sure what years they were made, the ford unibody was early in that series 61-66, maybe a couple of years and that's it. The entire series makes a fun hobby, there is an array of models, options features and other things about them, that makes em interesting, as well as an abundance of them, I cannot believe how many I've seen on e-bay, around here they are non-existent. Some oddities with these, like some models used the previous series box from the factory, 3/4 ton 4wd, makes you think it's mismatched, somewhat common to see the wrong year bed on a truck even late model, but factory correct.
