I had a 1010 for a while, hated it with a passion. The lack of push off feet was a real pain. Sold it and got a 1034, it was a good machine and really liked it. You can use a grapple with the bale wagon just like an accumulator. Just dump the stack and move it in the shed or take it back out and load on a truck. For me, I looked at both. The bale wagon won out. With the accumulator I would need wagons to put the hay on, a lot of them, to get it in in a timely fashion. With the bale wagon, just one did it. There were plenty of used bale wagons in the 5000 range. I never saw a decent used accumulator sell. For the cost of the accumulator I was able to buy a bale wagon, build a 2000 bale shed to unload in, and convert my existing barns to let me dump in them.
