clewis, I have a Ford 2000 gas that had a problem with overheating. I did all of the common things - flushed radiator multiple times, removed thermostat, tested for compression leaks, adjusted timing, added "cooling" additives to water, replaced radiator cap, etc. I finally pulled the radiator and took it to a radiator shop to have it "boiled" out. The guy said it was plugged too badly to fix it. I put in a new radiator and it has been absolutely perfect ever since. Good luck with yours, Tom in TN
