IHC RED, I have got to the point in my life that those kinds of repairs cost as much or more than a new faucette. I have three properties and I just replaced bathroom faucettes in the farm house for $32, brand new and sparkling. It took less than 5 minutes to change them, I have flex supply lines and its like changing a garden hose. I do maintenance for a friend and recently changed a kitchen sink faucette for $27, a nice looking unit. My time and the cost of parts makes replacement viable. I have my little kit in the garage, full of fittings, washers, valves, solder, pipe dope etc and I try to leave it all right where it is stored. Lowes. Home Depot, any big box will have a faucette with a price that suits you. Delta is a good unit but Moen or Dialcet are as well...just my opinion
