Clover is good hay, sometimes it must be bitter or something as cows will often eat other hay before they will the clover. It will fetch close to 3 dollars per bale, maybe more with a short hay crop. It will not hurt horses, but will make them foam at the mouth and slobber. It does have to be completely cured before baling or it will mold in the bale. I to have baled lots of clover.
