Lets pick a tractor!

I need a tractor (with a loader) for some personal landscaping, drive way grading, snow removal and general limited use.

I am looking for suggestions on a good model to look for. I would be willing to install a loader if it was readily available.

I want to buy a small 3 point hitch backhoe so I need the ability to easily run hydraulics to that.

I imagine that I need a live PTO to run a pump for backhoe? Or live hydraulics?

4 cylinder gas with power steering. Could probably live without power steering if I had to.

Max $5000 to spend. I am currently looking at a international 2504 with loader for $5000.
