Make you a lever to sit against the truss or the poles which ever you are doing first and pry them up or out. You will do less damage this way and can then just drive the nails out. Hopefully the 2x's are not soft and the nails will pull out of the post and the truss instead of pulling through the board.
I have take many building down and this is by far easier than trying to cut them.
