i should have added eletric company raised the rates jan 1. we were told would be 24 % max. yea right.
it has gone up every month since. bill for april was $25 - $30 than march. i have heater for waterer turned off so it isn't using any electric.
so bill should have gone down not up.
unground wires have been disconneted as somebody backed his truck into conduit and broke wires somewhere. so wires were ran over head.
i need to know how btu needed to heat gallon of water and how to figure out what cost for btu of gas is vs. cost btu of electric.
