fast moving tractors

Everyone, Heard on the radio this morning that
the manufacturers have been busy making
tractors capable of speeds in the range
of 45 mph. Since the old law states tractors
cannot exceed 25 mph on our state roads, a
new bill is being introduced to bump the
speed to 45. Anyone out there have a tractor
capable of that speed? Tim, Ohio
