Gas is good heat but since propane and natuaral gas are so expensive I would stick with electric. We usesd a propane heater to heat two rooms of the house to 70 this winter cost us over 300 $ for two months. Am now in process of installing new electric furnace. Electric bills for whole rst of house( about double the space) incl water dryer etc only about 150 per month to 70 this last cold winter.
