Yes definitely a phishing scam. It"s very common these days unfortuneately. They try to scare or trick people into putting their username and password into their phone site. I get ebay versions, paypal versions and a bunch of bank versions as mentioned. You have to learn to recognize and delete them. Legit institutions will never send you emails asking you to do something like that. Always go to websites via your known correct favorite links or type the website directly to assure you are going to the REAL website.
