Belarus 310 opinions

Looking at a 310 Belarus. Price is right and in pretty decent shape, but most of the opinions on this sight are very negative of other models and not much talk on the 310.
Are there any 310 owners or mechanics out there that would like to give an opinion.
I have a friend with 2 different model Belarus"s, had no major problems and he loves them.
