I didn't even bother with a book. I went to the auto parts store,bought a changeover kit for 134 for about $30,changed two tractors and my old farm truck. If they start blowing a little warm,I get another can and put it in. Had a tractor that would leak out all the old stuff in three days when the service man put it in,holds 134 for about two years.
