John; Where you at in AZ? Are you retired? We retired,sold out and moved from NE to the south of NM not too far from the Rio Grande. South of Las Cruces. Dont have to shovel no snow,check no cows or cut firewood. If you ever come this way and Have time to visit I might be tempted to buy the coffee. steveormary
