That is the article in the forum I was referring to. I am not to familiar with the ins and outs of this and that sounded Greek. I have a wiring diagram that shows one of the poles on the generator as A which goes to the slot marked G on the regulator and the other pole marked F which goes to the slot marked F on the regulator. Any help from this point forward would be great. I assume polarizing is temporary exersize accomplished with a jumper wire from one spot (?) to another spot (?)while doing something(?)ie. turning engine over, running engine? I have also heard that if done wrong I will be purchasing more parts. Thanks again, any more help would be greatly appreciated.
