I'm not familiar with your tractor, but I know that it was common for Massey to use a power adjust rim. There were cam locks on steel bars that were diagonally mounted to the rim. It is possible, if this is the system that you have that some of these cams need tightening. Any good engine oil, 10-30, 10-40, or 15-40 is fine. There are several brands of tractor hydraulic fluid, all very similar.
