I am sure its a scam. I look at Ebay at times and see tractors for sale and it is obvious the guy selling it doesnt own it...(so did he steal it) Maybe. I couldnt stomach buying stolen property (especially something worth $10,000 off the internet, and in another state.)
If you notice Ebay doesnt sell guns, only gun parts. Ebay may be smart enough not to let guys sell guns. Because they know that a lucrative stolen gun program would flourish on that site.
I would never buy a tractor from overseas.
