A Ridemaster sold for $253 in Washingon not long ago - Ebay # 290080398480. Shortly before that a Ridemaster in Iowa sold for $150. I was watching them closely for several reasons. The sellers would not help in arranging any sort of shipping so I couldn't buy. But, I had a farmer local to me with a nice Ridemaster in his barn. He wanted to sell it to me for $650 and I refused. So, he told me to watch the two Ridemasters on Ebay - at that time - to prove his point on how valuable they were. Boy, was I glad they went cheap. Shortly after, I bought his Ridemaster for $200. Also bought a real nice Planet Junior with sulky for another $200. I think the grass always "seems to be greener" on the other side of the fence. But . . . I collect small 1 - 2 - 4 wheeled - and tracked tractors - I've got over 200 of them and am always looking for bargains in original condition. When it comes to rare stuff - I'm always finding more on your side of the country - not mine in New York State. We do, however, have a lot of Bolens FMC stuff along with many Allis Gs - they were popular. Also many Standard Monarchs, Twins, Walshes, etc. But there are some types that never show up on my side of the country.

Some of them only bring their noses down out of the air long enough to look down them anyway. If you are like me you are only doing this old tractor stuff because you enjoy it. You
