mj, here is a pic of mine, note there is a small one on top, that smoked a clutch on a IH A.
The smaller pulley you see to the left of the pic a JD R or 830 can not turn it. The tire pulley will just work the heck out of them. Never checked RPM's, just used them to work them to seat rings and blow the soot/carbon out.
I really think the blades are to big, was always going to cut the bottom 1/2 off of each,but never got it done.
