In ALOT of states its the law, Im a firm believer in them, but why should it be law if they arent going to make motorcycle riders wear helmets. I know in some states it is, but here in SC its not. Im not against riders, Im one myself and wear a helmet, but IMO if you have to wear a belt in the car by law, then wear a helmet on a bike by law!
