Here in western NY we still have Potatoes raised last year stored in the Laundry room and they are as good quality as when we put there in Oct.temp has been pretty much at about 45 degrees,they will start to sprout soon especially the reds .some of the reds are sprouted now.Onion Capitol of the world here in Elba , still pulling onions out of storage ,very good quality ,will be good for at least another month,ship all over the country
