air bubbles keep getting in fuel filters

at first my 404 motor was running excellent,but would shut down from time to time,each time i'd start up and get going,it would clear out and run good,but now after all air is out of the 3 filters,and i start it up,it seems air bubbles start building up in the tops of the filters,does anyone know where this is coming from?it slowly kills the motor after a while too
ps,,,anyone know where i can get a john deere 404 motor injector tightening wrench?
