Rated RPM for the blower is max!!! If you have a 540 blower on 1000 it might self destruct, or hurt someone. The only way to do it would be to set the engine speed so that the blower runs at 540 and the tractor moves slower. This would be OK as long as you were the only operator, and you were absolutely attentive to the speed. Just my opinion, not a recommendation. JimN
