4430 three point lift problems

My lift will not raise high enough on my 4430. I have adjusted the two out linkages to get the optioum height out of them, but it still will not lift all the way up. I can grab both of the two lower links and raise them up higher buy hand but the tractor stops raining it at a certian height. I do not see anything wrong with any of the links I feel like there is adjustment somewhere I'm just not sure. I have also adjusted the depth gade inside the cab and nothing different happens. Any helpful ideas?
