I know the feeling, but I'm not complaining yet, anyone who has physical limitations in addition to the effects of aging, is at a further deficit and it't harder to fight back, so it's understandable that sometimes it's easier to give in. That's how I see it, and knowing this, it's like a having a slow consistent leak of energy, will or discipline to keep up the fight. I believe a lot of it has to do with ones daily regimen, those who can exercise daily, even 3 times a week, and also maintain a diet that provides good nutrients, get adequate rest, usually maintain a better quality of life longer as they age. I've noticed it helps, because I am also starting to notice how much one can drag when you don't get enough sleep, or work really hard all day, seems like you have nothing left and then it gets you, you start slowing down or literally have nothing left. High stress is another bad thing, nothing good about a stressful life, or job. Ya ever have one of those dreams where you are trying to move or do something and no matter what you do it's like being in slow motion, that is what I compare this slowing down thing, and it is so annoying, can remember going gangbusters at so many jobs, used to jump on off trucks like it was nothing, now I step off the truck onto a ladder, carefully. LOL ! It's so easy to talk about, planning a good diet and following an exercise routine, but it takes time and money, good food ain't cheap and with the work/family schedules a lot of people keep, it becomes a monumental task sometimes. Sometimes you have to invest a little in yourself. I think that is a good thing, go take that walk or prepare a good meal for yourself or get the rest you need. No one is any good when exhausted, malnurished, overworked, or stressed out. Sometimes you have no choice, but when you do, invest a little in yourself, it's worth it. You know I was surprised, had been chomping on those clif bar energy bars every so often, and they are a real pick me up, get em at the place I hate to support, walmart. I think aging is a trade off, we lose our physical ability slowly, but we get smarter so it is not that bad.

New Hitches For Your Old Tractor - by Chris Pratt. For this article, we are going to make the irrational and unlikely assumption that you purchased an older tractor that is in tip top shape and needs no immediate repairs other than an oil change and a good bath. To the newcomer planning to restore the machine, this means you have everything you need for the moment (something to sit in the shop and just look at for awhile while you read the books). To the newcomer that wants to get out and use the machine for field work, you may have already hit a major roadblock. That is the dreaded "proprietary hitch". With the exception of the
