Ran one for years with a 70 hp IH worked fine.Even ran it for a few years with a 1466 IH 150Hp. We were careful and we had no trouble.They are a good chopper but they are a cut and throw therfore they have a hard time throwing haylage to the back of the wagon.They are still the best made at the time they were made I feel
