You have been given some good advice.
Diet,exercize,statin drugs. Nician raises your good cholestrol. Stay from prosessed food; the fat you eat today is not the same as what your grandparents ate. Free range eggs are ok no meat that is raised in confinement. They are fed cheap and full of meds. Do you have a Whole Foods store near you?
