If you get charged any bank fees bacause of hisbad check ,take the bad check to your local states attorney and let the state collect it for you ,I love ILL's bad check laws bacause they can award you 3x's the amount of the check . a local gas station owner loves them bacause a 20.00 bad check usually turns into 60.00 for him
