See a ear, nose & throat doctor they can prescribe something to help you tolorate the noise. I have Tinitus in my right ear so I know what you are talking. A lot of Nam vets have it or hearing loss. And almost all seem to have in shooting hand side. Left handed shooters have in their left ear.
Seek help don't delay, then you can sleep good. BTDT
