They should have never quit building them years ago. I just got out of the Windcharger business 25 years ago because no one wanted to buy one anymore. Power companies are building wind farms all around the caprock cliffs around here as wind blows some all the time. At least with the new ones like said you can sell back to power company and no fool with lots of batteries and inverters. Besides who builds a 32 volt refrigerator now days?
