Tell us more details.. If it was a new truck, and it blew in 10 miles, and you do not want it back, I would imagine that the dealer should just cancel the sale.. if not, check with an attorney. That engine breaking, sounds like a fluke, I would not let it scare me away from a Cummins. I once saw a brand-new Detroit blow, with only an hour on the meter... It can happen to anything..
