tag from the local DMV in the county of the purchase site and they
give you a certain number of days to get it to it's final destination.

I imagine they will need insure info and purchase receipt to get the
transport tag. Transport tag is like the slip of paper you hang in a
vehicle window before you have the plate on the vehicle.
