Putting a fifth wheel on a farm tractor

First and formost I was wondering how much of a travel trailer a farmall H can pull on two miles of flat road from my place to the local park for a weekend trout derby. I was also wondering if their is a way to rig up a fifth wheel on a tractor so I can pull the neighbors travel trailer to. It sounds stupid but do you think it can be done?
