The only time I have to unplug the cutter bars is when I hit a patch of hay left from previous cuts that wither were missed by the baler, or were broke open bales. Now what I do is run a fel, and pick up the lost bales. I'm getting better at windrowing, so I can keep the baler pickup in line with the windrow. But, like I said, the only plugging came from running into old cut materials left behind from previous cuttings.
