IH mod 86 series tractor

hey guys need info on a 1486 IH tractor cant seem to get the hydrolic to work the bush hog it has 2 lines that run to the hog has 4 places to hook up but none seem to work lift works fine just bought the tractor i know nothing about have no manual the guy i bought it from knew less than i know if any one knows what leaver or to push or switch to pull any and all help is needed thanks
