Congrats--our 12 acres has been a source of happiness for my wife and I for over 30 years----well most of the time at least. Gives you an excuse to own more tractors, machinery, tools, etc. than anything else you can do. I still farm mine with a whole bunch of old machines. People stop and stare when they see me out working in the fields. Good luck,
