That many miles is nothing for that truck. I currently own a 99 ext cab long box 4X4 all original with a 5.3 in it and 265000 on the odometer. It was a contractors truck and did it's share of towing as well. I bought it with 233,000 miles on it for $6000. I was afraid at first but finally realized that many miles is testimony to the quality of the vehicle and the care that was taken. $10,500 is only inflated because it's a LOT PRICE but that goes for any LOT VEHICLE. I had access to my trucks life history and maintenance, which was thorough. If you can say the same for the truck you are looking at I would not be afraid to but it - it's barely broke in. ll
