If you have a compressor and an air chisel with a hammer head bit then put in your ear plugs and have at it. Remove the puller and keep hitting it between the studs and the vibration will usually rattle it free. You should be able to hear the sound change pitch when it starts to come loose. You can put the lugs back on a few threads if your afraid of damaging the studs. HTH Jf
