KY Farm, If I may suggest, on the outside of EACH wheel stud, drill a small hole so your penetrant can get to the face of the hub under that part of the brake drum. heat and spray,let cool and spray some more. May take several attemps to get it complety behind the drum. Of course a little hammer bang every now and then wont hurt either. This might just do it. Good Luck, jackie
