By accident, I discovered that if I set my browser log-on to a blank page, everything seems to load and move faster. Once the browser loads, all you have to do it hit your bookmarks or type in a web address and go. Maybe all the stuff they put on MSN, MSNBC, USAToday, etc. clogs up your memory capacity. I now have satellite internet and the blank homepage also seems to work better here too. I have WildBlue - about $200 up front for equipment and $50/month. When I add up what I was paying for dial-up and a second phone line, that monthly is not too bad. Hope this helps.
